Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Division: The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Division is tasked with assessing the performance of agricultural programs and projects to determine their effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. This division designs M&E frameworks, conducts regular evaluations, collects feedback from beneficiaries, and reports on progress toward achieving set targets; Provide inputs in preparation of plans, programs and budgetary activities in the Sector including the establishment of performance targets and indicators; Conduct surveys to collect stakeholders/ clients views on services rendered and advise management accordingly; Coordinate mid-year and annual performance reviews/ reports; Coordinate collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of data.
